a lovers' escape

After playing a love song for his deceased partner Eurydice, Orpheus is granted passage out of the Underworld with her spirit in tow. But on the way out, the cracks and details of their relationship start to reveal themselves again, and again, and again.

I made this for Nat Mesnard's Introduction to Interactive Fiction workshop at Catapult. Nat is amazing. This is a working story prototype and I might add some styling, music, etc. soon! Shoutout to Sarah Ruhl and Anaïs Mitchell, whose theatrical works were inspirations for this little slice of story.
